A document should be set up on its finished (trim) size with appropriate margins to give text consistent positioning on the page.
The use of master pages can greatly increase the speed and accuracy of creating your publication, for example auto page numbering or headers and footers.
If your document has more than one fold, panel sizes must allow for fold in.
If objects or images are to bleed (extend past the edge of the page) we require a minimum of 3mm overhang.
Your finished artwork must be edited and checked before submitting.
Create your PDF using the ‘Press Quality’ setting and include 3mm bleed and trim marks.
Please do not supply your files as spreads or imposed pairs.
Send larger files using an upload system such as DropBox.
Images should either be CMYK, grayscale or black and white bitmap and saved as tif or maximum quality jpg.
Colour and grayscale image resolution should be 300dpi at reproduction size, line art at 1200dpi.
For logos use vector artwork when possible as opposed to images.
Spot colours need to be selected from the Pantone range of colours.
